DIVINE GRAPE
Divine Grape is the brand name of the Park Resort’s proprietary wine. Both wines are selected for their quality, value and style. Kate Spencer has been commissioned by the hotel to paint the label for each.
1.Divine Grape White £17.95
Sauvignon, 2005. Appellation Reuilly Controlee.
Reuilly is in the heart of the Loire, between Sancerre and Vouvray. Jean Louis Beurdin’s wine is fruity, floral and dry. It is an incomparable choice with fish, seafood or as an aperitif on its own.
2.Divine Grape Red £17.95
La Bouscade, 2005. Appellation Minervois Controlee
Winemaker David Cowderay has made an exceptional cool fermentation red from a blend of grenache, syrah and mouvedre which is lightly oaked, and has violet, cassis and coconut aromas and a toasty finish.
