Our Executive Head Chef - Mark Treasure was previously at Langans, the Capital and Mirabelle in London as well as several famous country house hotels where he has twice been awarded a Michelin star in the past. More recently he has earned 2 AA Rosettes for our restaurant Oakwood for his inventive British menu.
