Meet the Management Team
Our people are at the very heart of what we deliver at The Park.
Jeffrey Crocket - General Manager
Jeffrey trained in five star hotels in London, Paris, Geneva and New York and is also the Operations Director, overseeing our sister hotel, Fawsley Hall, in Northamptonshire. He is also south west Vice Chairman of the charity Hospitality Action, sits on the Heart of England board of the British Hospitality Association, is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, a Master Innholder, Freeman of the City of London and Hospitality Ambassador for the new School 15-19 Diplomas.
Lee Fenn - Operations Manager
Lee has been with us for over 2 years and manages the hotel operations. He has a wealth of hospitality experience including 7 years working for a UK country house hotel group and 5 years as General Manager of an independant hotel in Wiltshire. He is currently finishing an industry recognised customer care qualification and his passion for excellence is instilled throughout his team.
Stuart Leech - Director of Golf
Stuart joined us in August 2009 with many years of experience and after being awarded the prestigious Midland Region Professional of the Year for 2008-2009, an award which has previously been won by Lee Westwood and Peter Baker. He was the first person in the world to earn the industry recognised P.G.A. Director of Golf qualification and has a wealth of coaching experience from beginner to European Tour standard. He's not a bad player either, notching up several top 20 finishes in PGA championships and has appeared on local BBC TV and written golf tuition articles for many of the leading industry publications.
Jason Stevens - Course Manager
Jason has been with us for over 10 years and has progressed through the ranks from Assistant Greenkeeper after having worked at various South West golf clubs in the local area. He oversees our team of experienced Green Keepers to maintain our award winning 36 hole golf complex. He is currently looking at ways to improve our maintenance programme whilst continually supporting the values of our sustainability statement.
Richard Goodwin - Sales & Revenue Manager
Richard , our Sales & Revenue Manager recently joined us and brings with him a wealth of experience as both a Sales and Revenue professional. This includes 4 years in Edinburgh at the Macdonald Holyrood Hotel where he was the Revenue Manager for this 156 bedroom city centre jewell. Previously he has worked for the likes of Crowne Plaza and Thistle Hotels in London, and the Hilton Edinburgh Airport. More recently he has been working in sales and revenue in and around the Farnborough, Hampshire region.
Charlotte Byrne - Head of Events
Charlotte has recently joined us as Head of Events. She has a strong background in the industry, having worked at such establishments as The Grange at Oborne, Diglis House in Worcester and Fishponds House near Honiton. She brings a wealth of experience to the role, and has a real passion for weddings and events.
Charlotte's overall career prospects are to gain many years industry experience and eventually to run her own events company.
Ian Roberts - Finance Director
Ian trained and qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG before joining The Celtic Manor Resort in Wales. There he over saw the finances of the £120 million development of the 390 room hotel and golf facilities that was chosen as the Ryder Cup venue for 2010. He is also the Finance Director for our sister property Grayshott Spa, an award winning nationally renowned Health Spa near Hindhead in Surrey.
